Mastermind (mas·ter·mind)

(noun) a group of people with a shared goal or interest who collaborate, brainstorm, learn from, lift up, and celebrate each other

You are committed to growing your business. You believe in what you are creating and what it can achieve. You are also a mother and your time and energy is precious.

You don’t have time to feel:

About Jess.

I started my business to create a life I love for myself and my family. I quickly found out it can feel really lonely if you don’t have a supportive community.

I’ve coached over 100 individuals to go after their goals and create lives they love through both individual and group programs.

My specialty is connecting individuals to their WHY and their priorities and removing the mindset barriers that get in the way.

I’m certified by the International Coaching Federation and received my coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute and Conscious Business Coaching.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Simply put, this psychology specialization focuses on how people think and behave at work.

Before coaching, I worked in consulting. My background is in change management and leadership development, helping organizations and leaders navigate change.

What’s included in this program:

  • Kick-off Celebration

    Meet your fellow members, celebrate your commitment, and share your goals. This group is built on trust, empowerment, and support.

  • Ask the Experts!

    Each month we’ll have an expert join our group. You get to ask your burning questions regarding personal branding, marketing, sales, strategy, and more.

  • Group Coaching

    Each session, a few members will get to bring their most pressing topics for group coaching and collaboration. We make sure everyone has a chance to have their questions or challenges heard.

  • Virtual Co-working

    Bring your focus work and join the community. This is a chance for accountability, collaboration, and feedback.

  • Community Forum

    This is where community thrives. We’ll have weekly priority setting prompts and encouragement. Have a question? Need a referral? This is the spot.

  • 1:1 Coaching

    Two 50-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with me to use when you have a thornier challenge o goal to achieve. This is time just for you.

$450/month for six months

The magic of a mastermind is that you are surrounded by people who get it, who are tackling the same challenges, and who bring diverse experiences to learn from.

The application isn’t meant to be exclusionary. It’s a way to build the most cohesive group possible. If I get enough applications to build two cohorts, I’ll build two!

 FAQ

  • This isn’t one of those large groups where it’s easy to get lost in the crowd. Each cohort is capped at 9 people for intimacy and relationship building.

  • Yes. While balancing work and family can be difficult for everyone, working moms experience a specific set of challenges because of unfair and unrealistic societal expectations placed on women.

  • The next cohort will kick off in May 2024.
